Team,

I want to go over a few things before we meet.

First, I want to confirm that we are meeting at 4:00. Everyone
seemed like they agreed to meet at 4 and could stay until filming was
done (except for Jason but Jason said he would come back after having
to go somewhere at around 6). We will first film the Introduction and
the Conclusion since we would like that to be filmed during daylight.

Also, a reminder, try to dress nice, business casual. No need for
ties but I think we should look professional.

Also, I'm assuming I'm not doing anything on the final document
since I'm doing this film. If any of you feel like I should do any
part of the final document, please let me know. Otherwise, I'm
assuming I'm putting my focus on the film only.

Last thing, I hope to have the film all edited and finished by
Saturday evening. I will find some way to send the final film to all
of you by either putting it on You Tube or by sending it.

One last thing I forgot to mention particularly to Nick. I’m not sure if you sent out the script after you edited it. Could you please send everyone the script as soon as possible? Thanks.
