Dear Team Portsmouth Tour de Cure Gang,
Please read ALL this email - I am putting out a lot of info that includes (and having email problems reaching you due to cox problems):
1. New Team Portsmouth website - www.teamportsmouthusa.com - you will note that the top of the page has the tabs named "Safe, Supportive, and Social" along with a "Team Gear" table - all having lots of information associated with each of these headers (a few are still under constructions).
2. January 20th is Tour de Cure kick-off night at Aloft Hotel, 1454 Crossways Blvd. Chesapeake, VA 23320 from 5:45 pm to 8 pm. Our team finished 2nd last year in total fundraising and they are raffling off a FREE BIKE. You can win ONLY if you attend. Let's have great team representation. See attached flyer.
3. Order your Team Portsmouth jersey and shorts - the next order is going in on February 6th, and the custom shorts will be here in time for the Tour de Cure. If you go to our new web site and click on the "Team Gear" tab you can order your jersey and shorts online. There are also men and women size charts on that page.
4. Bike MS is another GREAT RIDE - sign up for ANOTHER CHANCE to win a Garmin 800 - if we reach 80 riders by the March kick-off date, I will raffle off another Garmin. YMCA cabin rooms and hotels out in town go fast, so NOW is the time to sign up! You can go to our old team MS web page located at www.cycleclassicsva.com to register and find the accommodation links.
5. Status of where Team Portsmouth is for the 100 rider team challenge by 20 January - Can you believe we're at 90 cyclists?
