Detailed Project Scope(AP Upgrades) :
Scope
New Temporary site with 5G for Peradeniya Eng Faculty exhibition
Target On Air Date = 22nd September
Backhaul and Power
Power and OFN connectivity needs to be extended from existing Lamp pole [Lamp pole will be shutdown during temp site operation]
path distance from Lamp to new Cabinet Aprox 40m
Both cables should be laid underground [trench] as per University administration
After event power and fiber needs to be reverted back to Lamp Pole
Tree Site TE installation
Place a new Outdoor cabinet near Mobitel Tree and install 2 Nos of BB cards and other equipment [1 BB for DCS/4G and other for 5G NR]
Install 5 Nos of antennas for each of 3 sectors as per below provided Table
2 Nos of 5G antennas and 5G RRUs to be taken from Kotugodella_St [Removed items during perahera already available in site cabin]
Connect RRUs to relevent antennas and configure RET connections
L26 RRU8863 needs to be shared between Sec2 and sec3
Connect 2 Nos of 5G RRUs to one BB card
Connect all other 8 Nos of RRUs to be connected to other BB card
Install a GPS and share clock between BB cards
Commission the site
