Based on the Civil and PSP feedback below is the best practical timeline required. Therefore need the below to be negotiaed with SO after which Ranpath needs to trigger for the PIV payment.

 

Temporary Power readiness after PIV payment – 1 month (1 week before need to install STBG)

MTU removal & Tower construction – 2 months

Cutover, removal – 0.5 months

 

Total – 3.5 months

Based on the feedback from PSP, civil etc it seems will need extension of about 5 months starting now.  Pls assist with this.

 

Temporary Power readiness after PIV payment – 1 month

Tower construction – 3 months

Cutover, removal – 1 month

 

Hope you can negotiate with the SO on this.

 

Note - CEB approval for temporary connection was a tough task as they were not willing to give with same feeder. PSP had to do negotiate with correspondence at length to convince to get the temp connection with 1Mn in payment.

Kanthale South temp Land owner has requested the return of the temporary land space he has given for 4 months. The agreed time period is now over, and they need to begin house constriction on the land.

Any update ? Still antenna shifting works pending. No progress has been observed since the completion of the temporary tower civil works on 9th January 2026—nearly three months ago.

At the moment there is no clear direction from TRC on how to clear the sites that are with TRC approval. All in all there are 20+ sites. Pls advice on a way to expedite. Attached is a sample site for which TRC has forwarded to the other authorities to provide their input/approval

TRC informed that they are not in a position to issue the clearance for Tower Structural change & TRC will write to all authorities(MOD, CAA, UDA, BOI) & need to get their No objection first.

 

Once the no-objection is received from the authorities, TRC will issue the clearance, which may take considerable time.
