Dear All,

 

As per the team that proceeded with the removal activity at the site, the removal of Sector 3 AAU and RRU could not be carried out due to a hawk nest present on the structure. Birds were actively attempting to peck the team, creating a safety concern.

 

I informed Mr. Dushan regarding this situation, and he also confirmed that the activity cannot be proceeded under these conditions.

 

Accordingly, based on the Team Leader’s update:

 

• Sector 3 RRU has been locked.
• Sector 3 AAU has been kept on-air as instructed by Mr @Sivarajah Thiyakarajah.

 

However, the removed equipment is planned to be installed at Jaffna_Reloc_JA0226 – Sector 4. Therefore, kindly advise on how we should proceed regarding the AAU requirement at this site.

 

Your guidance is highly appreciated in order to proceed further.

Could you please confirm whether this WO scope can be considered as completed?

 

As per the team leader, one AAU was not removed due to the presence of an eagle’s nest, and it was not possible to proceed with the removal.
