UCLA Marrow Drives THIS WEEK

Greetings,

The momentum for the bone marrow drive at UCLA is building up! We
just wanted to touch base and confirm the details for the next several
days to all those involved.

The recruiters for this drive will be Gloria and Ayumi. In case you
need to get in touch with either of us the day of, our cell numbers
are Gloria (626) 476-1725 and Ayumi (323) 513-3349.

Drive will take place on the following days and location.

Tuesday, Nov. 3
10 AM - 3 PM
Bruin Walk + Court of Sciences

Wednesday, Nov. 4
10 AM - 3 PM
Bruin Walk + Court of Sciences

Thursday, Nov. 5
10 AM - 3 PM
Bruin Walk

We will arrive around 9:30 to set up. Your help setting up, unloading
the car is appreciated. There are several groups that are involved in
this drive

Volunteer tasks include...
-Help flier
-Help people with the consent forms
-Help with the cheek swab collection
-Set up/break down of drive
-General maintenance of the drive area. (it can get quite busy and
cluttered!)
-Making swab kits

Is anyone aware of UCLA SWC's involvement of this drive? If so, can
you connect us to the point person who is in charge of organizing such
events?
