Hi,

I was sent a link for an Investment Group Management Software called ChamaSoft. It's a software created to manage group investments account, contribution by members among other things. I believe it a software that we'll come in handy once we come up with the constitution.

Hey Lucy,

It looks like a good software but they are charging from Ksh 999 per month to 1,299 , which according to me is an expense we can do without for now. What the software can do can also be done considering we are just 9 members. We can consider it later when we grow and have several portfolios to keep track on.

Hey Y'all

IMO, the software is great. It is free but can only support 5 members on the free platform. My take would be 5 peeps are put on the platform and we update peeps via email or meet ups. The tool would be great especially because it stores all our data on cloud and we can access it from any where. I.e Analogue to digital.

Morning everyone,

In my view, getting the free version will result in double work for whoever will do record keeping since we still need to capture the information of the other 4 members left out. Together with that, the free version doesn't capture the financials thus the need to do it in excel.

Chamasoft is a good software for the group. However if There is another alternative which is free or cheaper like wat levine has suggested then am for it. A system/software that can make it easier to manage the group's information is welcomed. It'll make it easier for us concentrate on our core business with few destructions
