Hi All

Please see attached above the constitution with all the ammendments l have done highlighted in yellow.

Lastly please as we come for the next meeting let us emember the following homework:

a) Karimi you are to bring the next of kin form;

b) Anne Araka you are to bring the forms which detail the requirements for opening the bank a/cs at Bank of Africa and Co-operative bank. Also you are to get information on the bank charges, interest and everything else that relates to these accounts as discussed at the meeting;

c) Lucy you will do the same as Anne Araka but for Jamii Bora. Kindly also remind Steve that he is to do the same for Equity and Rafiki bank;

d) Purity you will o the same for family bank;

e) Shiko you will do the same for KCB.
