Hi all,

I also support the buffet and gift ideas. We only have a few days to go, so let's have confirmations for planning purposes

Hi all,

I went to Valencia Gardens on Riara Rd & they can give us a room that can hold 30.

Meat platters (with starch portions) for 30 people = 800 per person

OR:

3 Course Buffet + 1 soft drinks = 1400/= per person

Please all note this is next week & lots of offices holding end year functions so we need to agree & book a place asap.

Has anyone looked at a place or has a suggestion we can firm up by Monday? We'd really appreciate an update!

Who was coordinating the gift/cake?

Please can people volunteer to take up roles so we move this past email?

This is Pastor Thomas Omollo (cc'd her on this email). Many of you have interacted with him, as he is a strong part of the Care Pastors' team.
