Hi All

I trust that you are keeping well.

Please take note of the following ladies and gentlemen:

1)      Please all of you send an email to me stating that you have approved the constitution attached above and that you agree with its contents;

2)      Please confirm your availability at 3pm on Saturday the 16^th of August 2014. We will be meeting at Purity’s place to wrap up everything on the chama. After this date we will close the whole planning process of the chama and start contributing. The agenda for this meeting will be:

·         To take the signatures of all as additional evidence that all have approved the constitution as is;

·         Select the bank that will be used to bank the contributions;

·         Review and approve the memorandum and article of association;

·         Approve the budget that will give a breakdown of the amounts to be used to set up the teamiza Kenya company as discussed and agreed; and

·         AOB.

3)      Lastly please will the following individuals take note of their tasks;

·         Steve please email the template for the information that is to be received from the banks;

·         Purity please upon receipt of the template from Steve, kindly insert the information for family bank;

·         All of us are to come up with the proposed values that the chama will be based on;

·         I will come up with a budget and also follow up on the memorandum and articles of association; and

·         Karimi is to bring the a template of the next of kin form.

Attached please find Bank comparison data collected by all so far. the document is in Microsoft Excel. Anyone who can create an editable google docs out of this and share with all? We still have a lot of blank areas, so let us find the info and fill it in.

sorry  i havent gotten back to you about legal fees. its because my dad being a meticulous lawyer Didn’t want to give random info over the phone so he wants to explain the whole process of registration of investment groups/ltd companies in greater detail which we will do after I leave work this afternoon.

 

 

So yes will have further info by end of day today.
