Hey everyone,

Good job Dan. You captured all that we had discussed. I have made a few changes mostly grammatical and formating plus comments. We need to add a Contribution segment. It should state that no member can own more than 49% of the total shares and the mitigating factors. Also our minimum monthly contribution.

Hey guys ! I won't make it today. Just got a lot to work to finish. In addition, I would like to add that I won't be joining in as a member of the Investment group that we we are Iin the process of forming. Am already a member of another group so its quite hard right now to invest in two.
