(I have sent this through a personal e-mail account rather than my AIU3 account.)

We have worked on some fun projects over the years and I have an interesting opportunity to present to you to potentially generate a new donation funding stream.

My son, Andrew, as part of a his Katz business school graduate studies and the development of a start-up company with his classmates and friends is in a position to instantly add a link to your donation website and begin to generate funds through the kindness and generosity of your visitors and stakeholders.

They just launched the company in the past several weeks and they are gaining traction quickly.   Yesterday they linked to the Animal Rescue League and had realized donor results by mid-afternoon.

Happy New Year!  Hope you are well.  I am sorry to just be getting back to you but I have been tied up  on year end reports.  By way of this email I would like to introduce you and Andrew to Megan Frenz on our Development Team.  I shared your link with Megan and she is interested in learning more about this.
