Problem with TC8 installation. Alert is popping up saying

"ShellCommandFailed

Description:

The following command returned a value of 1.

"bmide_setupknowledgebase.bat"u=infodba -p=**** -regen=false

The error came while installation-

Running com.teamcenter.install.tceng.servermgr.ServerMgrJ2EE
