Unable to open Teamcenter dataset

Hi,

I created one custom tool and I created one custom dataset in bmide. In Teamcenter By double clicking the dataset the named reference is opening in the tool. But By double clicking the dataset without named reference also should open the tool. In this case it is not opening. It is throwing error as Unable to Open Dataset : Not specific tool is found.

How to fix this?
