In server side, before revise I need to update part details. If the part details updated then only the revision should create. I did this is DoRevisePre and DoRevisePost.Both r working fine……..But when ThinClient the actual behaviour is different… it first revising then it showing the update dialog window for Part……

Is any thing I need to do…..

I am also tried for separate message like

Message Assembly:DoRevise{}

Message Part:DoRevise{}…

I need the Both Classic and ThinClient should same…..

Kindly help me……

Dear Jagathees,

The only way we can do it is by analysing the dsptrace to see where exactly is it going wrong (Sequence of message call). 

There are different sequence of message that can be called by Classic and Thin client. I am sure you will get some clue by analysing the dsptrace.

If not then you have add your customization in Thin client to have similar kind of behaviour as not all the customizations in Classic client are available for Thin client.

Please do have a look at the trace in Thin Client. You might need to write an action component just before calling the revise code.

Button1 ---------> User Click ----------> Custom Dialog

OK (Custom Dialog)  --------> Part Revise Dialog

You have to construct the object to carry all the attributes filled in the custom dialog to Part Revise dialog.
