Hey Fellow Gatekeepers!
Please mark your calendars for two “unofficial” GK Rookie Pub Crawls on the Rodeo grounds! To accommodate schedules, we will put these together for this Saturday, March 14, 2015 and next Sunday, March 22, 2015 (last day of Rodeo). This is open to ALL Gatekeepers!
The first crawl is this Saturday, March 14, 2015, beginning at 11:30 a.m.:
11:30 a.m. – Meet and greet at the Gatekeepers Shack to have some BBQ made by our very own Team Glazebrook Cook Team!!
1:00 p.m. - Committeemen’s Club
2:00 p.m. – Main Club
3:30 p.m. – Chute Club to watch the Rodeo and Billy Currington in concert
After the concert – Stockman’s (unofficial club for Gatekeepers)
Don’t feel obligated to do the whole crawl. Please come and go as your schedule allows.
We do ask that you DRINK RESPONSIBLY and don’t drink and drive! Please have a designated driver, taxi, Uber, or take the rail. We want everyone to have a safe and fun time!
Be on the lookout next week for March 22, 2015, itinerary.
Please RSVP so we can give a headcount to Team Glazebrook, our Awesome Cook Team.
