Team Zos,

Regarding your badges...there are a few ways to pick them up:

1.  1/28 - Badges will be available for pick up at the GK meeting 1/28

2.  After 2/2 - Badges will be moved and available at the HLSR Membership Office located on the 2nd floor of NRG Center 

3.  If you can't make it to the meeting or to NRG Center and want someone else to pick up your badge, follow the directions below:

- Log on to your HLSR.com account

- Click "Contact Information" tab

- Scroll down to the "Authorized Pickup Designee"

- Enter the person who you want to pick up your badge

Unfortunately, at the GK meeting, YOU are the only one who can pick up your badge.  They will not allow people to pick up other badges other than your own.

***You must pick up your badge before our 1st shift.  The badge will also allow you + 1 guest free entry to the Rodeo Cookoff...so why wouldn't you want to pick it up?!

Just a reminder about the GK Meeting this Wednesday.  Meeting starts at 6:30pm at the NRG Arena.  Badges will be available for pick up starting at 5pm.  Badges will only be available BEFORE the meeting.

Here is the original email from our Chairman...who by the way, used to be the Captain of our team.  So needless to say, we have a strong GK lineage.  See yall Wednesday.

Greetings Gatekeepers –

 

I have just a few reminders about the meeting next Wednesday, January 28, 2015.   The actual meeting will start at 6:30 pm, but please arrive early to pick-up your gold badge and parking passes.  For our convenience, the Holly Hall entrance from Fannin will be open at4:00PM.

 

Regarding gold badge and parking V-tag pick up:

 

Where:  NRG ARENA at the check-in tables

Date:     Wednesday, January 28, 2015

Time:     5:00 pm until the start of the meeting at 6:30 pm (badges will not be available after the meeting)

Bring:    Photo ID

 

**IMPORTANT !!!**  You must pick up your badge in person.  We are not able to accept the Badge Pickup Authorization form for someone to pick it up for you.  Those forms will only be accepted by the Membership Office. 

 

If you do not pick up your badge at the GK meeting on Wednesday, you will need to pick it up at the Membership Office starting Monday, Feb. 2^nd .   It is not available for pick up now.

 

Additionally, your Captain will have your day-specific parking passes available at the meeting.  A map and parking instructions will be forwarded mid-February. 

 

As always, the meeting will be followed by food, fun and music; so stick around!

In addition to picking up your badges, I will have GK Scholarship pins available for sell.  A $20 donation will get you a pin.  Please bring cash.  

We are about $4000 short of meeting our goal and tomorrow's meeting is our last chance to turn in our money.  

Guilt trip time - only 2 people from our team have purchased a pin.  Lets not make Team Zos look bad!
