We are looking for many candidates on Technical Services and Infrastructure domain in the area of "Network Infrastructure Operations", please refer below in this mail for permanent roll.
Roles available:
1. Infrastructure Operations(Exp- 4 Yrs to 9 Yrs)
The position is in Bangalore/Gurgaon
Work Experience:
• Required to have minimum 4 years experience in the troubleshooting and performance management of data infrastructure networks.
• Atleast 2 Year experience with Cisco Routers, switches , Wireless Access points/controllers and ASA
• Atleast 2 year experience in the implementation & administration of Cisco LAN/WAN/WLAN.
Work Requirements:
• Provide operational support for LAN/WAN in a multi-shift 7 x 24 x 365 Operations Center.
• Support Accenture MPLS backbone network and the clients traversing through them.
• Troubleshoot and monitor LAN/MAN/WAN problems in a global network architecture extending across multiple geographies.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of issues with both hardware and software of LAN/WAN devices.
• Implement change requests as per business needs on network devices that encompass Cisco routers, switches, Wireless controllers and ASA and Packetshapers.
• Facilitate operational support with internal groups and external vendors
• Work with multiple client groups to ensure that shared infrastructure is meeting functional and service level requirements
• Work with the vendor\product in delivery of data network service, hardware and software to agreed service levels.
• Establish expertise in the various data infrastructures currently deployed, and train peers
• Participate in team projects and effectively communicate operational requirements and ensure effective project/technology transition
• Provide knowledge transfer and assist in the assimilation of new members into the Infrastructure operation team
• Assist with the assessment of network management tools used to monitor the defined data solutions
• Ownership for resolution of chronic data issues as experienced and identified by Network Services
