Position: Help Desk Support Engineer ( Voice Process ) Exp: 2 - 4 yrs Qualification:10+3Yrs Diploma, 10+2+3Yrs Diploma, Graduate waiting for final semester or someone who has a backlog having all the skill sets, Graduate in the Technical Stream . B.TECH/BE/B.SC (in computer science), BCA . If the Candidate is a B.COM / BA graduate then he/she should possess relevant certifications (Preferably Microsoft Certifications MCP certified only) Location: Bangalore Find the JD Mentioned Below: The person should have provided voice support to US clients( External) preferably NCSA region. Skill Set: 1.Exchange Server. 2.Active Directory. 3.MS Outlook 4.Microsoft Operating Sys & Office Mandatory 2Yrs Into Voice process for US or UK Clients Should've been into trouble shooting and solving technical issues in skill set listed above. Should have excellent communication skill. The candidate would be providing L1 support for the US clients(NCSA) over phone and if the issues are not resolved would be escalated to the higher ups. According to his papers he will be into L2 level. Timings: 5:30 to 2:30 am. Saturday & Sunday off.
