Dr. Yonkos,

I think the draft we sent you didn't include some of things we had already finished (other than some formatting issues we'll fix) because we weren't sure you wanted to see things like the bibliography and didn't have the time to format them perfectly yet.

I've also attached our current figure captions (title and formatting still needs to be added).  Do you think these are self explanatory enough or that we should go into more detail? If so, add what? I based the captions off of what Kermit did, but I know their thesis had some problems

I expected that you guys had biblio, acknowledgements, etc.  Just didn’t want them to get ignored until the last minute (they take more tie than most people realize.   And references are one area that reviewers like to see consistency and coherence.

 

I’ll have edits and comments for results by 1:30.  Things are looking pretty good.  Unfortunately, I’m out of touch from then until tomorrow evening, probably around 7pm.  We should plan to meet around then and assemble whatever remains.  There will still be a fair amount to do but I should come together OK.  

 

As for Figure captions, I’ve inserted a few.  Follow my lead and adjust accordingly.  Some of the figures need editing/correcting of axis labels, units, etc.  I’ve noted most but may have missed some so someone needs to look through for consistency.

A was only able to get the section 4.4.  This should give you much to work with.  Follow the general flow of comments/edits I made to earlier sections to decide what to do with later material. If I get a chance, I’ll work on a little more later this evening.

 

Oh, and be sure to put in pictures.  This will please the reviewers.
