I'm not sure how I ended up the team web liaison because I would have literally no idea how to do this, but we need to update our website. If someone wants to take charge on this thats great, or I'd be happy to do it if someone shows me how!

Dear Senior Team Web Liaisons,

 

This year, we will be creating an electronic version of the Thesis Conference program, in addition to the print booklet, that attendees can download.  We plan to include links to the team websites in the electronic version.

 

This means that you need to check on your team’s website and ensure that all of the information is accurate and up to date before Thesis Conference.  Your team website continues to exist after you graduate, so you should update it so that there is no information that will become out of date down the road. For example, “We are a senior team,” will no longer be accurate in a few months. 

 

Please send me an email when your team’s site is updated, and of course, let me know if you have any questions.
