Cook-out next Thursday?

I’m planning a small cook-out for the Yonkos lab next week.  At the moment Thursday looks like the best day.  Does this work for you guys?

Next Thursday is graduation! An afternoon/evening cookout would still be okay for me because my family is going to brunch, but might be a busy day for undergraduates in general!

Hard to thread the needle.  Gemstone citation is Wednesday, Campus graduation is Thursday, AGNR grad Friday.  Let’s see who is available and we’ll go from there.  Is Saturday the 23rd an option or will most folks already have dispersed?

I'll be around too! Another option is prior to citation ceremony in Wednesday because I don't think it starts until the evening! But the 23rd or after graduation works as well!

My preference would be Wednesday or Thursday night as my family is coming up for dinner on Friday and then I'm going home!

My graduation is on Thursday at 2 and after that I'm having a family dinner so I can't do Thursday. I can't do Friday bc of graduations and I'm going out of town later in the day. I can do Tuesday or Wednesday. Sorry for the inconvenience and if everyone else can meet Friday or Thursday go ahead and do it without me.
