b. Pace – depending on temp/humidity
c. Safety!
2. Lay out your gear and pack carefully. Key items to remember:
a. Shirt/Singlet
b. Shorts/Skirt
c. Socks & Shoes
d. Sunshades/Cap
e. Sunblock
f. Band-aid (for guys not wearing a jog-braJ)
g. Petroleum jelly
h. Fuel belt (with accessories)
3. If you have your package with bib #, remember to take it with you.
