Help required for the medical treatment of a visually challenged

Hi,

We've been approached by a parent whose daughter is completely blind since birth. She is 12 yrs old and is studying in Devnar school of Blind, Hyderabad. The father earns around 5,000 per month. Right now, the kid is completely dependent on the parents for her day-to-day activities.

They want to admit their daughter in Sreedhareeyam Ayurvedic hospital in Kerala where, with some medication,some part of the vision can be regained which will help the kid to become self-dependent.

For them to get admitted into this hospital, the estimated initial expenditure of Rs. 50,000 and the total expenditure is around 1.5 lakh. We seek the following help from you all -

Hi,

Got a call from the girl's father this morning that the docs have examined her and said that there is one nerve near the left eye which can be treated and about 15% of the vision can be restored 

Further, the treatment would take about 40,000 for now and needs to be continued for about 2 years.  Lets all get together to pool in some more money.

Really happy for the kid. Many Many Thanks to every donor.
