Requirement for an accommodation in Delhi for a visually challenged girl

Hi all,

A driver who works for Eenadu channel approached me saying he knows of a girl who is visually challenged and is in need of an accommodation for about a month in Delhi (August 2nd - Sept 2nd).. It can be on a payment basis or a free accommodation..

If anybody happens to know of any association/ group which caters to this requirement, do let me know.

  • 'Gandhi Peace Foundation', Deendayal Marg(near ITO-Income Tax Office). Very Safe Place & in heart of city. Dormitory Accommodation charges are Rs150/- per day, per bed( 4 beds in a room), with Bathroom; in 1st & 2nd floors. Room also can taken for Rs500/- per day. Good thing is Restaurant/Food is available. Breakfast for Rs20/-, Tea Rs5/-, Coffee Rs 7/-, Lunch & Dinner Rs 40/-
  • Another place is 'Bal Bhavan' in the same area under Min. of HRD. There also the same Charges for Dormitory with A/C, room charges are little high, Restaurant/Food Available.
