As part of my desire to connect to people more, get myself into a long term relationship, and improve my sex life; I want to try some commitments. I have found that commitments around social things are more nebulous. it is also difficult to say how many/ much of each thing will be useful and doable, but I am going to try these on this week and set a consequence as I see fit later.
1)over the course of a week:
at least 60 min on dating apps/sites
or
30 yeses, hearts, whatev
or
message 10 woman
2)practice being present with one person a day
3)set intention to observe body language
