I have spoken with each of you.  After those communications, it appears that Brian is likely to move on and that Michael prefers to not be on the team with Jonathan.   This leaves Yurik, Jonathan, and Michael in a state of wanting a team to do calls with.  I am fine working with either Michael or Jonathan.  As of today I have made a decision to work with Jonathan. 

Jonathan and I will continue to do the calls at 8am on the same conference line and will be revisiting the structure. If either of you would like to join us, you are welcome to.

As for the name "Team Focus", I am happy to let the title join the Graveyard of Broken Teams, or let Michael use it.

Thanks for keeping me focused the last 2-3 years!
