Using Goolge Spreadsheets

What would be the easiest way to import google spreadsheet into the dashboard. I track my current team by pulling raw data into a excel spreadsheet and pivot out the data needed to create my report, then upload and share it. Will it be possible to create a json file for this, and can I automate this process?
