Naresh is our new Audio Team Lead. I am and will support him in all capacity.

If you were going to cover the Audio needs, that would mean that you already have the equipment, right? So, do you need someone to set-it-up for the course & satsangs or oversee the audio needs as they occur?
You are correct, AV setup on the first day usually helps... mostly. Some thing I mentioned during audio presentation.

Resolve of this issue. Sam has figured that he can still do the setup on the first day. They do not need anyone to be there for the whole part. Unless you are there for the course, in that case, Great :)

Is this happening on Feb 16th weekend?

Which audio system they are going to use? I remember one portable audio system from Metuchen center was sent to Princeton and it has not come back yet, are they using that portable system?

We are most likely going to use system loaned to us by Sanjay Bajpai. The portable system wasn't too successful...Perhaps Suresh who had brought it in took it back? Not sure....
