Ketan ji,

I hope you are on the PMNJ Team group email list. I escalated the issue to Naresh and the rest of our team about the problem and he mentioned that it is working fine. I myself noticed that this Tuesday, the Video was working fine. That does not mean Dhan was wrong, she was right too. This has been happening on-off basis. In fact Anirban also mentioned something in the regard.

This seems to be a recurring problem with only symptoms and lacks any good explanation. The underlying issue is eluding us all. If the DVD player is bad, then it shouldn't work anyways but without doing anything, it all of a sudden starts working again. We as a team are looking into this and trying to identify the underlying issue. Being a part of a team, is actually a good thing, instead of only me, now there are a lot of people working in this problem. The sooner we find the real problem, the sooner we will have a solution to resolve that problem.

Lets check the DVD player once again after satsang tomorrow.
It gave issues during intro talks and the Part 1 course, but it was resolved after reconnecting all the wires.
