Some issues currently at center.

I have heard and noticed two things:
1) People are not able to play DVD in our DVD Player that we have been using for a while. The devices are being moved all over the center. Is there something wrong with it?
2) I also noticed that the Audio Tape player is making a hisss sound during kriya, while another tape in the center does not. What can we do to clean the Tape players?

What can we do guys, because I have had these issues earlier and then a few days later, these issues disappeared without anyone doing anything, including me. What do you guys think could be the reason?

Hi,

I too faced this issues and had to move the DVD player from main hall to other room last week for some session.

We can give a try cleaning the lenses for DVD player and clean the head for tape.

I will get the cleaner from dollar shop.

Great Naresh,

We still need to find the cause for the hissing. Of course cleaning the heads is a good idea. Do keep the receipts for all purchases done for the center related issue or the PMNJ Team related issues. So you could be reimbursed for the expenses.
