Dr. Lee,
I am in the process of establishing a non-profit Leadership
Development Academy focused on financial education and literacy to
youth, college and adults with a colleague and we wanted to interview
two or three candidates who would be interested in working with us
over the summer.
The ideal person would be someone with a finance/ management/
accounting background which is why I thought of you. The project
would consist of assisting with and filing of legal documents in
cooperation with an attorney as it relates to the licensing and
operating agreements of the organization; developing and forecasting
an operating budget including rent forecasting; identifying sources of
funding and grant income; and establishing the framework for grant
applications.
They would work with us for the summer and we would offer them a small
stipend in return. I am also presuming it would be something they can
obtain coursework credit at the University?
Please let me know if there are any interested parties?
