regatta secretary and that the Organizing Committee reserves
the right to categorise my yacht as it sees fit.

hereby acknowledge that the Organizing Committee, the Race
Committee, the Regatta sponsors and their representatives,
officers, members and volunteers accept no liability
whatsoever for any loss of life, property, personal injury,
or damage caused by or arising out of the Regatta.
Participants compete entirely at their own risk.

agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the
prescriptions of the Yacht Racing Association of Thailand,
the IRC 2009 Handicap Rules Parts 1, 2 & 3, the OMR rule
for Ocean Multihulls, the Platu Class Rules, the Notice of
Race, and the Sailing Instructions.
