New Feature - Batch Set User Notification Preferences

Hi everyone,

We've added a new batch action to the user administration interface that allows batch setting of notification preferences. Most notification preference that can be set on the "Edit preferences" user page can be edited through the interface.

To use this feature:

  1. Go to the user administration interface (here: https://pi.pardot.com/user)
  2. Select the users who you want to change the notification preferences for
  3. Select "Set a notification preference" from the batch action selector at the bottom of the User table. Two select boxes will appear.
  4. Select the notification preference you want to change in the second select box
  5. Select whether you want to turn the preference on or off in the third select box
  6. Click "Go"! You should see the number of users who were updated on the screen that loads.
