Once this feature is released later today, you'll notice that prospects' activities will contain each unique click and open of an email.
Because this update is bringing our product experience in line with our existing documentation, we won't be publishing a new feature blog post about it.
And don't worry, we'll keep a 60-second throttle on when to report a second click or open. So when Zach's grandma gets and email and double-clicks a link to get to it, we won't see two clicks. But if she comes back later that afternoon and clicks again, we'll see the two clicks on her record.
Email report tables themselves will still need an update to more accurately display unique vs. total clicks.
