Updates to the Email Report

Hey guys,

I know everyone is hot on this due to recent changes which we've made to visitor activity tracking...

We're about to push a change to the email report which uses new database tables which we've configured to give us more accurate reporting.

If you have 'super root' credentials, you'll see some other numbers on the report which have an asterisk next to them. Those numbers are using the new data. Since we just started collecting new data last week, most of the older email reports won't show correct values.

You'll notice that I've also added the unique opens field which has been highly requested.
