Serious Concern!

Dear Mr. Ajit,
Since last few days why your team members including yourself except Sagarika has not sent any daily task tracker sheet? I want to know the reasons. Don’t you have any respect for official procedures and protocols? What it takes is only few minutes to complete that tracker. This is highly unacceptable. Whatever may be the situation you need to complete and send the tracker sheets without fail every day after COB. One of your own team member Sagarika is complying and sending her trackers everyday though she also goes for work outside the Nayapalli office then what is it that holds you guys to complete a simple tracker sheet. Please explain?
