This was your initiative but the approach is indeed unfortunate and unprofessional.It sends a wrong message. Please come out with a full proof plan. Finalise with Priya & Renu.

Renu: Please coordinate and finalise  the schedule for both the centre

Priya : Please ensure no disruption henceforth.

Due to the miscommunication the classes were discontinued as we had engaged oursleves in different placement day to day activities to fullfil the priorities.
