Dear Mobilization team,
Greetings!
As you all know the difficulties our organization is facing because of issues related to batch size, failure to commence batches on fixed date, not being able to submit our training and L&B bills on time and so on. Therefore management has decided that failure to address & comply the following points will result in withholding of your salary starting from May’2015 & subsequent months.
1) Batch Size: As per the seats available with a deviation of not more than 10%.
2) Dates: Batch should be freezed and commenced on the decided date. Maximum 3 days deviation is allowed including any holidays.
3) Candidate retention: The dropout rate of candidates for the 1st month should not be more than 10%.
4) Absentees: The absentees rate for the entire course duration should not be more than 15% at any given time.
5) Budget & other mobilization plans: It should reach the concerned person well in advance (At least 3 days before).
6) Communication: You need to improve on your intra department as well as inter organization communication. Information related to any decision or policy change concerned with other departments should be immediately circulated.
7) Procedures & Protocols: You all need to follow and implement organization rules, regulations & official procedures failing so will attract immediate & suitable action.
Kindly make a note of the same & start complying.
N.B: @Ajit Pattnaik: Kindly collect/bring the necessary communication letter regarding our batch commencements for the current batches of HA, DEO & RS from OSFDC latest by tomorrow.
