Winter is a good time for MTB/gravel with lower speeds and steeper climbs away from traffic. Canberra Gravel Grinders has a ride this Sunday 9am.  Meetup at the Dinosaur Museum for an anticlockwise loop of the northern border centenary trail. 32km 600vm. I remember James putting on this route in the frost many years ago.  Lunch is either Daughters of Hall or George Harcourt pub.  MTB or Gravel bikes. I’m riding XC MTB.
