Okay, so I tried to make as minor changes as possible yet including Prof. Forman's recommendations.  Here are the key changes...

- Competitor Slide: Removed arrow and did a bit of a different visual
- Added Overview of Recommendations: Divided into Company, Product, and Marketing
- Subdivided Necessary Conditions for Growth: She said it was too cluttered and difficult to understand
- Moved Value Proposition to after Product slide: She thought that made more sense...

Let me know what you think...saved as Forman Edit...

Hey Tiffany -

Thanks so much for working with Forman and implementing these changes. I think the flow looks great!

I just made a couple of changes. I saw that we were using the Building Supply logo as a retailer on the POS Landscape slide but I changed that to Hardware Hank (thought it might be more consistent with our hardware store delivery message).

On the financial slide we say that it's 2% of target market but I thought it was confusing with our focused target market of multi-stores on slide #13. The 2% number is the whole market, so I just took out "target."

See you guys tomorrow night!

Clarissa
