Hey everyone -

Does anyone else have anymore edits to make to the PPT before it's sent to Morris and/or can look at it with a fresh set of eyes? I'm presuming we're also going to PDF it before we send it to Morris? If everyone is okay with it I can send it to Morris. I'll probably plan to send it around 10pm unless someone else wants to send it after they take one last look at it.

I will work on editing the text for re-sending the BP to Darby. Fun stuff.

Thanks!
Clarissa

I made a couple of very minor change to it and uploaded to Dropbox.

I also wanted to clarify if we made any changes to slide 12 - iOpt Launch Plan. The middle arrow here talks about transitioning customers to iOpt. Just wanted to check if we wanted to state anything different here. What do y'all think?

Andy

That's a good catch Andy. Probably should be revised - should it involve consistent/constant monitoring of iOpt customers by customer service?

I think the transition comment should stay since it is the long term vision

I agree about it being part of the "long term vision". However, this slide is title iOpt launch plan so I think its more focused on the activities that would be done during 2014. Perhaps, as part of the launch they should at least build awareness and inform their current customers about the new iOpt product to drive customer evangelism and eventual transition in the long run?
