FYI everyone, another team asked so i'm forwarding the response. Ashwin/Heather see you tonight and Tiffany see you tomorrow in class.
Michelle responded that they have been short-staffed in the GAP office for the past two months and are running behind on the reimbursements. She said that she estimates that they will be completed by the end of next week and credits processed shortly thereafter.
