Double Charges

Hello Team,

Since our meeting last Friday, it has been observed that there are
still agents that are noticed with double charges. We have clearly
pointed out the possible consequences if this continues. At this
point, we are deliberating what are the necessary actions for those
who will be caught in the future. Let this serve as a warning.

This is not a joke! We need everybody's cooperation on this matter.
Let us go an extra mile on working, not just on our close ratios but
also on securing our jobs.
