Description :
Has demonstrated strengths and experience in the following areas:
Ø Object oriented software development, application, adaptation, and augmentation of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) products to meet Government system requirements;
Ø Network, and radio equipment, including US military communications and/or commercial waveforms and air interfaces; network modeling; network availability modeling.
Ø Experience working in large teams, interacting with multiple functional areas (systems, software, testing, support, documentation, logistics, etc) and working on a geographically distributed team is desired.
Ø Must possess excellent communication skills and be capable of presenting technical concepts in easy to understand terms to large audiences.
Ø Experienced in the use of Strong experience in .NET 4.0, .NET Design Patterns, MS SQL Server, DB Design, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Service (WS) standards, Efficient XML Interchange (EXI), C#, HTML5, Adobe Flash, Infragistics, Silverlight,
Ø Experience in 3D Mapping technologies (Worldwind, Google Earth, OpenStreetMap, etc…),
Ø ArcGIS, Quantum GIS, Relational Database development and MS Windows development.
Ø Experience with Windows Administration, Multi-threaded applications, sockets - TCP/IP, OO Javascript, GIS, distributed systems, cross-browser development, Flash a plus.
Ø Understanding of service oriented/based architectures, OO design/programming is a plus. Experienced using Telelogic's DOORs, RTC, Rhapsody, RQM, RFT ClearCase and ClearQuest a plus.
