Important Notes:
Ø Make sure they have 10-12 years experience, are strong on MVC (preferably MVC 3) and have excellent communication skills.
Ø They must be able to methodically approach a problem and clearly communicate their approach and solution to the client
Ø They really have to know their stuff on MVC and WCF in order to get through.
skill set:
· WCF within .NET, heavy focus on SQL Server 2010 database.
· MVC 3.0 or above
· Questions will be asked at High level architecture perspective – understanding why they select a certain work method.
· THEN Syntax questions to dive into details

Skill Set:
9+ years of experience in the following skills and experience:
Ø MVC 3/WCF/ASP.NET/C# being the key technical skills
Ø Previous experience on web platforms, preferably large eCommerce systems is greatly preferred
Ø Great design and communication skills.
Ø Good initiative and experience where they can propose solutions rather than develop to requirement.
Ø Implementing .NET based web applications using SQL Server 2005/2008 database with T-SQL.
Ø Developing and maintaining data models, ER relationships and ADO.NET.
Ø Developing and maintaining sequence diagrams, class diagrams and tools such as
Rational XDE, Enterprise Architect.
Ø Creating high technical and functional models and application documentation.
Ø Performing application runs and conducting analysis and creation of supporting
documentation of applications.
Ø Facilitating offshore Accenture work in alignment with onshore Accenture work.
