Reference: Annual Friends Membership Meeting – Tuesday, November 7th

We just want to send a personal invitation to all our Friends Of The Border To Border Trail members to attend the Friends annual membership meeting this Tuesday, November 7^th at the Ann Arbor REI store Community Room, 970 West Eisenhower Parkway in Ann Arbor.

The featured speaker will be by Peter Sanderson of the Washtenaw County Parks & Recreation Commission who will give updates on the progress of the Trail such as steps being taken to take the Trail off-road from Dexter to Ann Arbor and north to meet up with the Lakeland Trail. We also have invited Doug Donnelly of the Michigan Department of Natural Resources to give an update of the Iron Belle Trail, of which the B2B is part of.

The evening will conclude with a short business meeting for Friends Of The Border To Border Trail members. The primary purpose of the meeting will be the election of Board of Directors by you, the Friends members. Candidates for the Board are Eric Boyd, Ashley Fox, Linda Glasscock, Bob Krzewinski and Katie Parrish. A copy of the meeting agenda, and a sample ballot, is attached in a PDF document.
