Hi,

Speaking for myself, I don't see why anyone couldn't contact Barbara individually. I've really just had myself as their individual contact person so they don't have to go through lists of numbers and emails.

About a week after the wires went down, I saw a guy in a car parked at Marshall and Winthrop; he was tracking traffic patterns by sight, so it's not just numbers they're looking at. He was there at 3 or 4 pm. I didn't want to interrupt him, so I didn't ask how long he had been/ would be observing.

I'll just check in with Barbara by email saying we've noticed the activity. I expect it would take VHB a week or two to tally and analyze data collected?

I don't know exactly when, but there is a process where they have to mail out lettters to homeowners get permission for trees to be planted -- still, I trust this will all be happening soon enough.

I think our plan should be to keep the friendly pressure on. I also don't think that Vicki should be saddled with this responsibility entirely, but I leave it up to her to speak for herself.

I would be interested in a citizen meeting w/ VHB. Perhaps we could schedule it like we've done the Mayor mtgs with the group of us? Maybe we could meet @ City Hall or Tufts or even at Pastor Shin's? (hopefully w/ a little flexibility my schedule pretty intense w/ work + child care lately :)
