Julian,
If you have specific concerns, other than the ones Alexa and I addressed to the group two weeks ago, I don't see what you don't make an appointment with Barbara Rubel, discuss it with her, and report back to us as a group? She is a great person, a champion for Medford, and you should get to know her, because I suspect we will be working with her on other projects yet to come.
I thought the overall study process took 3 months, and it's only been about 1-2. Again, Barbara told me that VP Dick Reynolds just retired, so he is deciding whether he wants to tak G&W on as a special project or not after his retirement.
As I mentioned before, I met with Barbara Rubel with Susan Altman on another topic (trees for Winthrop) a few weeks back and it turned out great with the City of Medford and Aggie Tuden the tree warden. 100 trees for Medford, with at least 6 on Winthrop Street are to be planted this fall.
I don't know exactly when, but there is a process where they have to mail out lettters to homeowners get permission for trees to be planted -- still, I trust this will all be happening soon enough.
I think our plan should be to keep the friendly pressure on. I also don't think that Vicki should be saddled with this responsibility entirely, but I leave it up to her to speak for herself.

I'd be happy too, Ann.
Though doesn't Vicki usually check in?
Just curious. Don't want to cross any wires. LOL.
