Happy Thanksgiving, All!

Barbara Rubel, Tufts Community Relations Director, just got back to me regarding scheduling the first of four community meetings with VHB, the traffic engineering firm that Tufts commissioned to do a $16K safety survey of Winthrop Street over the summer.

Here are the dates we are looking at for scheduling a community meeting:
  • Tuesday, December 4th, 2012
  • Thursday, December 6th, 2012
We can also look at dates for the week of the 10th.

Please get back to me regarding your availability for these proposed meeting dates -- and let me know workable time-frames.  Barbara said that evening meetings work fine for VHB. I believe Tufts has offered to host. Perhaps someone will offer to take minutes, which can be posted to the Team George & Winthrop group site.

I would like to propose Tuesday, December 4th at 7PM.

Thanks,
Ann

Tues much better than Thurs for me.

Though >5pm is difficult because of child care stuff.

Daytime better, for me at least.

My preference is for Thursday, December 6. Tuesday evenings are generally not good for me.
