At last! We have news about your 2020 Cape Cod Getaway Event items. We appreciate your patience while we worked to find the most efficient and safest way to distribute items.
If you are receiving this email, it is because you earned an event t-shirt, VIP jersey, I Ride with MS item or top fundraiser jacket. Your prize will be available for drive-thru contactless pick up at the Waltham office located at 101a First Ave in Waltham, MA during one of our following ‘Prize Pick Up’ dates. Please sign-up using the Sign-Up Genius link to select your pick-up date and time HERE.
Please know that by selecting a time slot, the following safety criteria put into place by the National MS Society, will be followed:
· Participants must select a time slot here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70A0A4CA8AF2AA3F58-bike
· Participants and staff must wear a mask
· No physical contact
· Participants and staff must remain minimally 6 feet apart
· Participant must stay in their vehicle (please do not get out your vehicle to visit with staff or other participants)
· Items will be delivered contactless (please pop your trunk!)
· Arrive within your designated timeframe (we have carefully spaced pickup times to avoid vehicle back-up)
Once a pick-up time is chosen, you will receive an automated email from Sign-up-Genius AND a confirmation email/call from us within 24 to 48 hours of your scheduled pick-up.
If you are a team captain and would like to pick up for your team or multiple teammates, please send me an email so that we can put them together for you.
If you qualify for Bike MS: Ride the Vineyard prizes as well, you can pick both sets of prizes up at the same time. If you have already signed up for a time slot for Ride the Vineyard, you do not need to sign up for another.
If you cannot attend any of the contactless pick-ups, please let us know and we will ship your prizes to you by April 30th.
We are so grateful for your patience and fundraising efforts to move toward a world free of MS – particularly during this past year.
